The https://docs.infor.com URLs are constructed using variables LN_usr_ReportDocumentationURL and ReportDocumentationVersion, and the user locale. The variables can be changed. How to change them is described in the administration guide.
The user locale is based on the language in the Birst user settings. Only languages with the en-us locale are supported by docs.infor.com. Birst language English (Europe) returns locale en, and Help buttons do not work then.
