Purchase Schedule Line
The Purchase Schedule Line facts include measures based on Purchase Schedule (tdpur310) and Purchase Schedule Lines (tdpur311).
Transformation of extracted data:
- Plan and actual lines
- Purchase schedule lines with requirement type Planned are planned requirements. Purchase schedule lines with requirement type Immediate or Firm are actual requirements. Measures for plan and actual purchase schedule lines should not be aggregated. To ensure this, two fact tables are populated: Purchase Schedule Line Plan and Purchase Schedule Line Actual. Both tables have the same dimensions. However, the plan fact table has less measures. For example, measures on delivery and invoicing are not supported.
- Deleted lines
- Deleted purchase schedule lines are stored in the Purchase Schedule Line fact tables. Processed or terminated purchase schedule lines that are deleted remain available for analysis. However, purchase schedule lines with status Created that are deleted, are hidden in the fact tables and are not available for analysis.
- Canceled lines
- Canceled purchase schedule lines are stored in the fact tables but are always hidden and not available for analysis.
