Non-LN user

An Infor Ming.le user that is unknown in LN but has access to LN Analytics cannot see fact data in LN Analytics, unless the LNBIRST-Exemption All Security role is assigned. This exemption role is available to override data security to access all facts for all companies and financial companies.

These Infor Ming.le security roles are applicable:

• Infor-SuiteUser
• LNBIRST-User
• LNBIRST-Report Administrator
• LNBIRST-Exemption All Security

The LN user field in Infor Ming.le User Management can be blank or populated. What only matters is that the LN-User or LN-Administrator role is assigned, which determines if an LN user is created.

For non-LN users, no record is created in the User AMS Companies (ttams4160m000) session.
