IFS security roles

Infor LN Analytics for Birst is delivered with predefined Infor Ming.le IFS security roles, which are automatically linked to Birst space groups. The space groups provide users access to models, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Users can be assigned to space groups through the Infor Ming.le roles.

These Infor Ming.le roles are available for LN Analytics:

IFS security role	Description
Birst-System-Administrator	Members of this role are "account administrators” of the overall Birst account for the tenant and space administrators of all pre-delivered content (consumer, model, and extraction) spaces. These Birst account administrators can add/delete/disable users and perform other security and admin/monitoring functions. In Infor Ming.le, this role also gives access to the Birst icon
LNBIRST-Consumer-Administrator	Members of this role are space administrator of the Consumer space. In Infor Ming.le, this role also gives access to the Birst icon.
LNBIRST-Model-Administrator	Members of this role are space administrator in all Model spaces and the Extraction space. In Infor Ming.le, this role gives access to the Birst icon.
LNBIRST-User	Members of this role are users in the Consumer space. By default, the users do not have access to any Infor content. To provide them access, they must be added to one of the LN Analytics-related reporting user roles, which are described later. In Infor Ming.le, the LNBIRST-User role gives access to the LN Analytics icon.
LNBIRST-Exemption All Security	Members of this role are excluded from the row level data security rules.

For the Consumer space, specific LN Content-related roles are also delivered. Members of these roles must also be an LNBIRST-User member.

LNBIRST-Default Subject Area		Members of this IFS Security Role are synced to the LNBIRST-Default Subject Area space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Report Administrator		Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Report Administrator Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Accounts Receivable	X	Members of this IFS security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Accounts Receivable Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-General Ledger	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-General Ledger Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Job Shop	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Job Shop Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Sales	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Sales Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Procurement	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Procurement Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Project	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Project Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Quality	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Quality Birst space group in the Consumer space.
LNBIRST-Service	X	Members of this IFS Security role are synced to the LNBIRST-Service Birst space group in the Consumer space.
