Dashboards

If you cannot see the dashboards, verify this information:

  • Check the security settings. The user must belong to a role that has access to:
    • The Infor LN folder and one of its subfolders
    • One Infor delivered custom subject area
    • Dashboards
  • Clear the dashboard cache:
    1. Click the Birst icon
    2. Click Admin for the LN-Consumer space
    3. In the LN-Consumer space, go to the Define Sources tab and then Query Admin tab
    4. On the Cache tab, select Clear Dashboards Cache
