Connection point

The birst_ims connection point must be active and these documents must be available:

If documents are missing, refresh the documents by clicking the refresh icon. Ensure the displayed documents are available in the birst_ims connection point.

If the connection point is inactive, no data flow is using this connection point. This is described in the next section.

Data flow

The mingle_to_birst data flow must be active and the Sync.SecurityUserMaster document must be available.

If the Sync.SecurityUserMaster document is not available, click the + icon, select the Sync.SecurityUserMaster document and click OK.

If the document flow is inactive, select Connect > Data Flows. Activate the mingle_to_birst data flow from the tile toolbar. After the mingle_to_birst data flow has been activated, the birst_ims connection point will also be activated.
