Saved expressions

You can create saved expressions and they are available in the Default Subject Area. If you create saved expressions, save them only to a Custom Subject Area that you have created. Do not add it to an Infor-provided Custom Subject Area. Also, Infor-provided saved expressions should not be modified as they may be updated during a future update,

You can create your own saved expressions if these rules are met:

• Custom saved expressions should only be used in Custom Subject Areas that you have created.
• Custom saved expression names should start with a prefix such as an abbreviation of your company name. However, the prefix should not be four characters long. Instead, use a prefix with a maximum of two or three characters.
  Note: The only exception for saved expressions with four-character prefixes are in the range of ‘excl K900‘ to excl K999’. These saved expressions can be used to extend the list of Finance KPIs. • The saved expression should not be renamed in the custom subject area that you created. The saved expression name containing your prefix, must be renamed in the report.
