To perform shipment cancellation
In these sessions, you can use the option on the appropriate menu to perform shipment cancellation:

Handling Units (whwmd5130m000)
Select a staged handling unit and on the appropriate menu, select submenu and option . The selected handling unit is canceled, and the status is changed to In Stock if the handling unit was issued from inventory. If the handling unit was generated for an open shipment, the status is changed to Closed.

On the appropriate menu, select submenu and option . The selected handling unit is canceled, and the status is changed to In Stock if the handling unit was issued from inventory. If the handling unit was generated for an open shipment, the status is changed to Closed.
Loads, shipping containers, shipments, and shipment lines
In the applicable sessions, select a record and on the appropriate menu, select . In the dialog box that is displayed, select the Return not Shipped Goodsand the Finalize Order Line after Shipment Cancelation. check boxes as required and click .
Alternatively, do not select a record and select the option on the appropriate menu to start the Cancel Shipments (whinh4230m500) session. In this session, select the entities that you want to cancel and click .
