Use this session to view rental inventory by warehouse, item, and rental owner.
Note: This session is displayed only if the Equipment as a service check box is selected on the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Warehouse
- The code of the warehouse in which the rental inventory is stored.
- Item
- The code of the item.Note: This field can only contain items of type Rental Product.
- Rental Owner
- The logistic company of the service department who owns the rental item.
- Rental Owner
- The service department who owns the rental item.
- Rental Quantity
- The quantity of rental items in circulation. This includes the quantity of the entire rental fleet.
- Inventory on Hand
- The physical quantity of goods in a warehouse (including the inventory on hold).
- Inventory Blocked
- The quantity of the rental item in inventory that is blocked.
- Inventory on Order
- The quantity of the inventory on order.
- Inventory Allocated
- The quantity of inventory that is allocated to the rental owner.
- Inventory Location Allocated
- The location allocated inventory to the rental owner.
- Inventory in Transit
- The Goods or inventory in transit for the rental owner.
- Unit
- The code of the inventory unit in which the inventory in transit is expressed.
- Inventory Committed
- The reservation of inventory for an order without taking into account the physical storage of the goods within the warehouse. Previously referred to as hard allocation.
- Inventory Committed in Process
- The committed quantity that is in process.
- Rental Owner Blocked for All Transactions
- Indicates whether the rental owners are blocked for all transactions.
- Rental Owner Blocked for Inbound
- Indicates whether the rental owner is blocked for inbound transactions.
- Rental Owner Blocked for Outbound
- Indicates whether the rental owner is blocked for outbound transactions.
- Rental Owner Blocked for Transfer (Issue)
- Indicates whether the rental owner is blocked for transfer (issue) transactions.
- Rental Owner Blocked for Transfer (Receipt)
- Indicates whether the rental owner is blocked for transfer (receipt) transactions.
