Warehouse - Item - Lot - Rental Inventory (whltc1505m200)
Use this session to view rental item inventory along with the inventory of the linked (originating) item, by warehouse, item, and lot.
Note: This session is displayed only if the Equipment as a service check box is selected on the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Warehouse
- The code of the warehouse in which the rental item is stored.
- Site
- The code of the site for the specified warehouse.
- Rental Item
- The code of the rental item.
- Item
- The code of the (originating) item linked to the rental item.
- Rental Item Inventory

- Lot
- The lot code of the rental item in the inventory.
- Effectivity Unit
- The code of the effectivity unit in the inventory, if applicable.
- E-item Revision
- The revision number of the rental item inventory, if applicable.
- Lot Date
- The date on which the lot is created.
- Rental Quantity
- The total quantity of rental items in circulation. This includes the inventory on hand as well as the entire rental fleet.
- Inventory Unit
- The inventory unit used for the rental item.
- Inventory on Hand
- The inventory on hand quantity for the rental item.
- Inventory Blocked
- The inventory on hold quantity for the rental item.
- Allocated
- The quantity of rental item that is allocated.
- Inventory on Order
- The inventory on order quantity for the rental item that is expected to be received in the warehouse.
- Location Allocated
- The quantity of the rental item inventory that is expected to be issued from the warehouse and for which an outbound advice already exists.
- Inventory Committed
- The item quantity in this warehouse that is committed to any order for which inventory must be issued.
- Inventory Committed Specific Lot
- The inventory of a specific lot that has been committed.
- Last Transaction Date
- The last transaction date for the inventory of the rental item lot.

- The inventory on hand quantity for the (originating) item linked to the rental item.
- Inventory Blocked
- The quantity of the (originating) item inventory that is on hold and consequently blocked for allocation.
- Inventory Allocated
- The quantity of the (originating) item inventory that is allocated.
- Inventory on Order
- The quantity of the (originating) item inventory that is allocated to an order and received in the warehouse.
- Inventory Location Allocated
- The total (originating) item inventory to be issued for which an outbound advice already exists.
- Blockings

- Blocked for All Transactions
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for all transactions.
- Blocked for Inbound
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for inbound transactions.
- Blocked for Transfer (Issue)
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for transfer (issue) transactions.
- Blocked for Assembly
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for assembly transactions.
- Blocked for Outbound
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for outbound transactions.
- Blocked for Transfer (Receipt)
- If this check box is selected, the rental item inventory of the selected lot is blocked for transfer (receipt) transactions.
