After Sales Service Workbench (tstdm5600m100)

Use this session to filter the After Sales Service orders and the After Sales Service lines based on the values you specify.

You can also filter the After Sales Service lines based on the Line Origin and the Line Status.

These sessions are displayed as the satellite sessions:

Field Information

Sales Office

The code of the sales office linked to the related sales order or the sales quotation.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Service Department

The code of the service department linked to the After Sales Service action.

Internal Sales Representative

The internal sales representative who sells the item.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner to whom the item is sold.

The description or name of the code.

Item Material

The code of the item to be delivered.

Sales Orders

Click Sales Order to activate this filter. The After Sales Service orders and the After Sales Service lines that have the Line Origin set to Sales Order, are displayed. LN selects the related check box.

Sales Quotations

Click Sales Quote to activate this filter. The After Sales Service orders and the After Sales Service lines that have the Line Origin set to Sales Quote, are displayed. LN selects the related check box.

To be Delivered
