Approve Rental Equipment Usage (tstdm2241m000)
Use this session to to approve the actual resource lines for which:
- Invoices must be created.
- The required approval date has passed.
Note: You can also create actual resource lines for the next rental
period, if required.
Field Information
- Selection
- Use the fields in the Selectiongroup box to specify the range of rental orders data for which the actual resource line must be approved.
- Settings

- Agreements with Automatic Billing Only
- If this check box is selected, the application considers the resource lines linked to the rental agreements for which the Automatic Billing check box is selected in the Rental Agreements (tssoc2110m200) session.
- Ignore Required Approval Date
- If this check box is selected, the application considers the resource lines for which the approval date has passed.
- Approve lines with no quantity
- If this check box is selected, the application approves the actual resource lines for which the rental item quantity is not specified.
- Calculate Rental Usage for next Rental Period
- If this check box is selected, the application determines or calculates the equipment usage or actual quantity on the actual resource lines that are created for the next rental period.
