Calculate Required Capacity (tsspc4210m200)

Use this session to select service order activities and planned activities, for a specified range of dates and calculate the service engineer's work load and number of visits.

Territory Planning

The unique ID of the territory planning for which required capacity must be calculated.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Select Planned Activities

If this check box is selected, LN calculates planned visits and planned activity work load.

Note: If this check box is cleared, LN does not considers the planned activities that are transferred to a service order activity.
Start Date From

The From and To fields define a range of: start date of the planned activities.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Select Planned Activities check box is selected.

Planned activities for which planned start time is not defined, are not considered.

Start Date To

The From and To fields define a range of: start date of the planned activities.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Select Planned Activities check box is selected.

Finish Date From

The From and To fields define a range of: finish date of the planned activities.

Select Service Order Activities

If this check box is selected, LN calculates the workload and the number of visits for service order activities.

Note: Service order activities have planned start and finish time and execution start and finish time. In case the execution start and finish time is defined for a service order activity, LN considers these duration to calculate the workload and number of visits.

Aggregate Capacity to Top Serial

If this check box is selected, LN does not consider the workload executed for the serialized items that are in the physical breakdown of the required capacity (required item). LN considers the workload executed for the serialized items except for those that are present in the planning.

Aggregate Activities to one Visit

If this check box is selected, LN combines all activities that fall in the time fence are considered as one visit. An example: If the first activity which falls within the date range is on January 2nd at 10 o'clock in the morning and the time fence is one day, then all subsequent activities till the January 3rd 10 o'clock in the morning are considered as one visit. The first activity which is after January 3rd 10 o'clock AM sets the start date/time for the next time fence and so on.
