Activities for Planned Activities (tsspc3120m200)

Use this session to view and maintain activities of planned activities.

Field Information

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Planning Sequence

The planning sequence of the activity sets for the planned activities.

Activity Set

The group planning activity set number.

Start Date Activities

The start date and time of the activities that must be displayed.

Finish Date Activities

The finish date and time of the activities that must be displayed.

Moved Activities

If this check box is selected, only the activities that are moved from other activity sets are displayed.

Allocated Resource

The assigned resource of the specified group planning.

Activity Set Attributes

The attributes of the activity set.

Reference Point

An arbitrary point on a geographical map identified by GPS coordinates. An address can be linked to a reference point.

Activity Line

The group planning activity number.

Activity Sequence

The sequence of the activity within the activity set.

Activity Status

The status of the activity.

Allowed values

Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.

Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Not Planned

The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.

Released

The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Planned Activity

The planned activity number.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Status

The status of the planned activity.

Allowed values

Released
Transferred
Canceled
Free
Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned. That is, you cannot change the start and finish date of the group.

Appointment

If this check box is selected, appointment for the planned activity is made.

Planned Travel Start Time

The travel start date and time for the activities in the specified group.

Planned Travel Finish Time

The travel finish date and time for the activities in the specified group.

Planned Start Time

The start date and time for the group planning activity..

Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time for the group planning activity..

Earliest Start Time

The earliest start time of the planned activity.

Latest Finish Time

The latest finish time of the planned activity.

Activity Duration

The duration of the planned activity.

Travel Duration

The travel duration for the planned activity.

Travel Distance

The travel distance for the planned activity.

Location Address

The location address of the planned activity.

Location Address

The name of the street where the planned activity must be performed.

ZIP Code

The zip code of the location where the planned activity must be performed.

City

The city where the planned activity must be performed.

Country

The name of the country where the planned activity must be performed.

The availability type used to calculate the start and finish time of the activities to be performed in each location.
