Activities for Service Orders (tsspc3120m000)

Use this session to view and maintain group planning activities for service order.

Field Information

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Planning Sequence

The planning sequence of the activity for the service order.

Activity Set

The group planning activity set number for the service order.

Start Date Activities

The start date and time of the activities that must be displayed.

Finish Date Activities

The finish date and time of the activities that must be displayed.

Moved Activities

If this check box is selected, LN displays the activity that have been moved from another group.

Allocated Resource

The resources assigned to the specified group. Assigned resources are copied from group planning to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Activity Line

The group planning activity number for the service order.

Activity Sequence

The sequence of the activity in the activity set.

Activity Status

The status of the activity.

Allowed values

Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.

Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Not Planned

The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.

Released

The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Service Order

The service order activity number.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Status

The status of the service order activity.

Allowed values

Planned

When you plan a service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, the service order status changes from Free to Planned.

Released

Under this status the service engineer carries out the service order. You can change the service order's status to Released when you plan the service order by means of the Service Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m000) session, or when you choose Release on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.

Completed

The status of service orders that are successfully carried out. To change a service order's status from Released to Completed, choose Complete on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session. The service order is then removed from the planning system.

Costed

The status of financially approved service orders. To change a service order's status to Costed (only possible if the status is Released or Completed), choose Cost on the appropriate menu in the Service Orders (tssoc2100m000) session.

Note: Before you change the status to Costed, make sure that all the service order's actual cost lines are entered, and financially approved.
Closed

You can change a service order's status from Costed to Closed by means of the Close Service Orders (tssoc2201m000) session. Service orders with the status Closed cannot have their data changed.

Canceled

You can cancel service orders of status Planned, or Released, by means of the Cancel Service Order (tssoc2204m000) session, but only if all the activities linked to the service orders have the status Planned or Released and have no actual costs booked.

Note: If costs are already invoiced (cost line status is Costed or Posted to Finance), you cannot change the status of the service order and its related activities to Canceled.

Free

The status when you first define a service order.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the activity is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the activity .

Appointment

If this check box is selected, an appointment exists for the order activity.

Planned Travel Start Time

The planned start date and time of the travel.

Planned Travel Finish Time

The planned finish date and time of the travel.

Planned Start Time

The start date and time of the group planning activity.

Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time of the group planning activity.

Earliest Start Time

LN The earliest start time of the service order activity.

Latest Finish Time

The latest finish time of the service order activity.

Activity Duration

The duration of the service order activity.

Travel Duration

The travel duration of the service order activity.

Travel Distance

The travel distance of the service order activity.

Location Address

The address code of the location where the service order activity must be performed.

Street

The name of the street on the location address where the service order activity must be performed.

ZIP Code

The zip code of the location where the service order activity must be performed.

City

The name of the city where the service order activity must be performed.

Country

The name of the country where the service order activity must be performed.

Reference Point

The reference point to which the address is linked.

Note: The reference point is an arbitrary point on a geographical map identified by GPS coordinates
Calendar

The calendars that are used to plan service order activities.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Availability Type

The availability type that is used to calculate the start and finish time of the activities to be performed at a location.

Description

Time Zone

The time zone that belongs to the specified calendar.

Description

Group

The group number from which the activities are originating.

Activity Set

The planning activity set number from which the activities are originating.

Activity Line

The original activity set number.

Material Availability Date

The date LN refers to, for the material availability check in group planning, for the service orders. The date can be ATP date, the Planned Inventory Date or the Required Delivery date.

Note: 
  • LN defaults this value from the Material Availability Date specified for the service orders in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session.
  • This field is visible only if the Check Material Availability check box in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session or the Check Material Availability check box in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session is selected.
