Groups for Job Shop Orders (tsspc3100m600)

Use this session to view and modify group planning data for the Job Shop Orders.

Note: This session is displayed only if the Group Planning for Job Shop Orders Implemented is selected.

Field Information

Group Set

The unique ID of the group set for which the attribute values are specified.

Group

The unique ID of the group.

Check Resources for Attribute Values

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the Job Shop Orders based on the attribute values.

Check Resources for Skills

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the Job Shop Orders based on the skills.

Check Resources for Availability

If this check box is selected, LN checks the availability of resources for the Job Shop Orders.

Minimum Availability Percentage

The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation.

Group Status

The least possible status of all the activities in the group.

Allowed values

Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.

Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Not Planned

The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.

Released

The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.

Maximum Operation Status

The highest possible status of the job shop order operation that is assigned to the group.

Allowed values

Planned

The status when the plan is created.

Ready to Start

When there is enough Quantity Completed on all the previous operations to report complete the minimum order quantity of the operation in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session, the operation status is set to Ready to Start by the previous operation.

Started

If you use LN the operation status is Started when any quantity is reported as completed in Job Shop Control .

Active

A WIP transaction has been performed on this operation. When the first operation is set to Active, the order status becomes Active too.

Blocked

The operation has been blocked in Job Shop Control by the user or by an inspection order. Refer to Blocking operations.

Completed

All the work has been completed for the operation. The quantities reported as completed and rejected are final. You can set this status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session. If required, you can click Reset Operation Status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session to change the operation status from Completed back to Active.

Closed

The financial results of the operation have been calculated. Operations can only be closed in LN.

Frozen

If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups.

Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot modify the start and finish date of the group.

Sort Method

The sorting method for the Job Shop Orders activities in an activity set.

Earliest Start
Latest Finish
Latest Start
Planned Start
Planned Finish
Keep Sequence of Activity Sets

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned.

Planned Start Time

The planned start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group.

Planned Finish Time

The planned finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group.

Respect Earliest Start Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the earliest start time to plan the job shop order activities.

Note: 
  • For a job shop order activity, the Planned Start Time cannot be planned after the earliest start time.
  • If group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Respect Earliest Start Time (manufacturing) specified in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session.
Respect Latest Finish Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the latest finish time to plan the job shop order activities. The Planned Finish Time cannot be planned after the Latest Finish Time.

Note: LN re-plans the route for the activity.
Total Activity Duration

The cumulative duration of travel for all the activity sets in the group.

Time Duration Unit

The unit code for the total activity duration.

Allocated Resource

The resource assigned to the specified group.

Start Date Groups

The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date.

Finish Date Groups

The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date.

Allocated Resource

The code of the allocated resource based on which the group data is filtered.
