Groups (tsspc3100m300)
Use this session to view and modify group planning data for service orders, work orders, Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Action Plans, Job Shop Orders and Projects (PCS).
- This session displays groups for all Activity Origins other than Planned Activity.
- The session can only be started when there is at least one origin implemented for which engineers can be assigned.
- You can use this session only when the Use Assignments in Work Orders check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
- The Plan Groups and Activity Sets option is enabled, only if the Planned by Origin check box is cleared on one of
these tabs in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session:

Field Information
- Start Date Groups

The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date.
- Finish Date Groups
-
The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date.
- Allocated Engineer

The code of the assigned engineer to filter the group data.
- Group

The unique ID of the group.
- Activity Origin

The origin of the activity.

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the service order, work order, or planned activity based on the attribute values.

If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for the service order, work order or planned activity based on the skills.

If this check box is selected, LN checks the availability of resources for the service order, work order, or planned activity.
- Minimum Availability Percentage

The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation.
- Group Status

The least possible status of all the activities in the group.
- Maximum Order Activity Status

The highest possible status of service order that is assigned to the group.
- Frozen
-
If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups.
- Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot modify the start and finish date of the group.
- Sort Method

The sorting method for the service order activities, work order activities or the planned activities in an activity set.

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned.
- Planned Start Time

The start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group.
- Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group.
- Plan Method

The method to plan the service order activities, work order activities or the planned activities.

The address of the starting point of the route.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. - Start Travelling on Start Time

If this check box is selected, the engineer must start the travel to the location where the activity must be performed, at the Planned Start Time specified for a service order or a project. If this check box is cleared, the engineer must travel to the location in advance and start working on the activity at the specified Planned Start Time.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Plan Method set to Planning Based on Route. - Average Travel Speed

The average travel speed used to calculate travel time when planning a route.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. - Travel Offset Time

The time used to calculate travel time when planning a route.
Note: This field is applicable only if plan method is set to Planning based on route. - Respect Earliest Start Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the earliest start time to plan the service order activities, work order activities or the planned activities.
Note: For a service order activity, the planned start time must not be planned after the earliest start time. - Respect Latest Finish Time

If this check box is selected, LN considers the latest finish time to plan the work order activities or the planned activities. The Planned Finish Time cannot be planned after the Latest Finish Time. The service order activity is not planned.
Note: LN re-plans the route for the activity. - Respect Material Availability Date

If this check box is selected, LN considers the Material Availability Date specified in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session, to schedule the service/work order activities in a Group Set.
Note:- This field is visible only if the Check Material Availability check box in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session or the Check Material Availability check box in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session is selected.
- This field is disabled if the Firm Planned check box is selected.
- Total Activity Duration

The cumulative duration of activities for all the activity sets in the group.
- Total Travel Duration

The cumulative duration of travel for all the activity sets in the group.
- Total Travel Distance

The cumulative travel distance of all the activity sets in the group.
- Allocated Engineer

The engineer assigned to the specified group.
