Time Based - Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1533m000)

Use this session to view the time based maintenance scenario lines and the pattern lines that use the Reference Activity or the Master Routing displayed in the header.

Note: 
  • You can view this session only as a satellite session in the Where Used Reference Activity/Master Routing in Preventive Maintenance (tsspc1633m000) session.
  • To enable this session, you must set the Type of Scenario field to Time Based Only or Time Based and Usage Based, and select the Where Used in Maintenance Scenarios check box in the Time Based group box, in the header.

Process Identification

The process ID based on which the data is populated in this session.

Record Type

Indicates the record type, for which the data is displayed, based on the reference activity or the master routing displayed in the Where Used Reference Activity/Master Routing in Preventive Maintenance (tsspc1633m000) session.

Reference Activity

The code of the reference activity linked to the maintenance scenario.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Master Routing

The code of the master routing linked to the maintenance scenario.

Maintenance Scenario

The code of the maintenance scenario.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Second Description

The additional description for the maintenance scenario.

Creation Date

The date and time when the maintenance scenario is created.

Created By

The user who created the maintenance scenario.

Last Modification Date

The date and time when the maintenance scenario is last modified.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the maintenance scenario.

Last Rule Book Modification Date

The date and time when the rule is last modified for the maintenance scenarios.

Last Rule Book Modification User

The name of the user who last modified the rule book data for the maintenance scenarios.

Last Rule Book Processing Date

The date and time when the rule book data is last processed

Last Rule Book Processing User

The name of the user who last processed the rule book data.

Maintenance Cycle

The time frequency for the repetition of the maintenance plan, for the maintenance scenario.

Maintenance Cycle Unit

The time unit in which the period for the maintenance cycle is expressed.

Consider Last Planned Activity Date

Indicates that the last planned activity date generated for the maintenance scenario, is considered to start the maintenance cycle.

Text

The text related to the time based scenario line.

Scenario Line

The line number of the maintenance scenario.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Scenario Line Type

The type of maintenance scenario line.

Allowed values

Time Based

For a time based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.

Usage Based

For a usage based maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated if the scenario line is setup for a specific child item that matches with the item of the serialized item.

Time Based Pattern

For a time based pattern maintenance scenario, the maintenance plan is generated either on master routing or for a reference activity.

Specific Child Item

Indicates that the specific child item can be specified for the maintenance scenario line.

Child Item

The child item for which the maintenance plan is generated.

Divide Frequency Based on Life Cycle

Cyclic

Indicates that the planned activities are generated periodically within the specified date range.

Shift Related Planned Activities

Indicates that based on the planned start or finish date, the application changes the related planned activities that are planned at a later point in time.

Activity Pattern

Frequency

The number of times the reference activity or the master routing is executed for the maintenance scenario.

Unit of Time Frequency

The unit in which the frequency is expressed.

Activity Type

The activity type based on which the activity pattern is generated.

Overrule Planned Start/Finish Tolerance

Indicates that the application does not consider the tolerance period

The maximum time period with which the start date of the generated planned activity can be shifted.

Tolerance Period Finish

The maximum time period with which the finish date of the generated planned activity can be shifted.

Maintenance Cycle

The time frequency for the repetition of the maintenance plan, for a maintenance scenario line.

Maintenance Cycle Unit

The time unit in which the period for the maintenance cycle is expressed.

Consider Last Planned Activity Date

Indicates that the last planned activity date, generated for the pattern line, is considered to start the maintenance cycle.

Text

The text relevant to the time based scenario line.

Pattern Line

The sequence number that links multiple pattern lines to the same scenario line.

Specific Child Item

Indicates that child item can be specified for the maintenance scenario pattern line.

Child Item

The child item for which maintenance plan is generated.

Activity Type

The activity type based on which the activity pattern is generated.
