Preventive Maintenance Scenarios (tsspc1130m000)

Use this session to maintain preventive maintenance scenarios based on which a maintenance plan, consisting of planned activities, is generated.

Scenarios can be:

  • Usage Based. Example execute maintenance after 10000 km or after profile of the tire is below 3 mm.
  • Time Based. Example 12 times a year.
  • Based on time according to a predefined pattern. Example perform minor maintenance after two months, extensive maintenance after three months, minor maintenance after five months.

Maintenance Scenario

The series code of the maintenance scenario that is defaulted from Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session .

Description

The description or name of the code.

Creation Date

The date and time the maintenance scenario is created.

Created By

The name of the user who creates the maintenance scenario.

Last Modification Date

The date and time when the maintenance scenario is last modified.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modifies the maintenance scenario.

Maintenance Cycle

The time frequency for the repetition of the maintenance plan.

Note: This value is defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session.
Maintenance Cycle Unit

The time unit in which the period for the maintenance cycle is expressed.

Note: 
  • This field is mandatory if the value in the Maintenance Cycle field is greater than 0.
  • This value is defaulted from the Unit for Year field in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
  • This value is defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Consider Last Planned Activity Date

If this check box is selected, the last planned activity date, generated for the pattern line, is considered to start the maintenance cycle start time.

Note: This check box setting in defaulted in the Preventive Maintenance Scenario Lines (tsspc1131m000) session.
Scenario Use

The type of the preventive maintenance scenario.

Allowed values

Field Service

The reference activity can be used only for Field Service usage.

Depot Repair

The reference activity can be used only for Depot Repair usage.

General

The reference activity is not restricted to any particular usage and can be used generally. This activity can be used for Field Service and/or depot repair.

Rental

The reference activity can be used only for Rental usage.

Location Site

The code of the site at which the item is maintained.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Repair Site

The code of the site at which the serialized item is received for maintenance from the sold-to business partner.
