Generate Work Order (tssoc2296m100)

Use this session to define the data to generate the work order. This session can be accessed using Generate Work Order option in the Service Order Actual Material Costs (tssoc2121m000) session.

Field Information

Service Type: The code of the service type.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Service Type for Manual Work Order field in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
Description: The description or name of the service type.
Department: The code of the service department.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Operations Department field in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session or Installation Group (tsbsc1600m000) session.
Description: The description or name of the service type.
Site: The code of the site for which the work order must be generated.

Note:
This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Reference Activity: The code of the reference activity.

Note: LN allows you to select only the reference activity assigned to the Site.
Description: The description or name of the reference activity.
Master Routing: The code of the master routing.

Note: LN allows you to select only the master routing assigned to the Site.
Description: The description or name of the master routing.
Work Order Series Number: The code of the order series.
Description: The description or name of the order series.
Planned Start Time: The planned start time for the created work order.
Process Report: If this check box is selected, application prints the process report.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, application prints a detailed error report explaining why the maintenance sales order is not generated.
