Rental Order Resource Planning (tssoc2260m100)

Use this session to process resource planning for the rental orders.

Note: You can access this session only if the Equipment as a Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Field Information

General

Selection Range

: Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of rental order resource planning.

Options

Replan

If this check box is selected, the existing resource planning for rental orders is replanned.

Rental Agreements Only

If this check box is selected, only the rental orders with agreements are considered for resource planning.

External Hire Rental Agreements Only

If this check box is selected, only the rental orders with rental agreements that have the External Hire check box selected, are considered.

Recalculate Prices and Discounts

If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the prices and discounts applied to the rental order.

Availability

Check ATP Inventory

If the check box is selected, the ATP Inventory check is performed.

Skip Blocked Inventory

If this check box is selected, the blocked quantity is subtracted from the On Hand quantity during the Planned Inventory check and the On Hand Inventory check.

Check Planned Inventory

If this check box is selected, the Planned Inventory check is performed.

Block Planning of Orders with Shortages

If the check box is selected, the planning of the orders with Inventory Check Status set to Shortage is blocked.

Check On Hand Inventory

If the check box is selected, the on hand inventory check is performed.

Scope of Inventory Check

The locations where the material availability can be checked.

Allowed values

All Warehouses in Planning Cluster: Checks if the material is available in the warehouse defined on the Material Line.
Current Warehouse Only: Checks if the material is available in one of the warehouses in the same cluster as the warehouse defined on the Material Line.

Planning Times for Shortage

Update Planned Delivery Time of Material Lines

If the check box is selected, the Planned Delivery Time of the Material Lines is updated with the Planned Available Date when Inventory Check Status is set to Supply is late in the Service Material Availability (tstdm2520m000) session.

Update Activities and Orders with Latest Planned Material Line

If the check box is selected, the Planned Start time of the orders and the activities of the related material line, are updated with the latest material availability date of the material lines.

Synchronize Materials with Latest Planned Material Line

If the check box is selected, the Planned Start time of the orders and the activities of the related material line, are updated with the latest Material Availability date of the material lines.

Purchase Order Normal Delivery

Order Type: The type of purchase order used for normal delivery.
Order Series: The code of the order series.
Series Description: The code of the series description.

Purchase Order Direct Delivery

Order Type: The type of the purchase order used for direct delivery.
Order Series: The code of the order series.

Services Procurement

Order Type: The types of service procurement order types.
Order Series: The first free numbers

Pricing

Overwrite Manual Price: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order price manually.
Overwrite Manual Discounts: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order discount manually.

Price

Recalculate Price: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order price.
Apply Cumulative Price: If the check box is selected, the application apply the rental order cumulative price.
Overwrite Manual Price: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order price manually.

Discount

Recalculate Discount: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order discount.
Apply Total Discount: If the check box is selected, the application applies the total discount on the rental order.
Overwrite Manual Discounts: If the check box is selected, the application recalculate the rental order discount manually.
Apply Cumulative Discounts: If the check box is selected, the application applies cumulative discounts on the rental order.

Reports

Error Report: If the check box is selected the error report is displayed when the process is not completed successfully.
Process Report: If the check box is selected, the application prints the process report when the process is completed successfully.
Information Report: If the check box is selected, the plan information report is printed.
