Part Maintenance Workbench (tsmsc1610m100)

Use this session to filter the part maintenance lines and the work orders based on the values you specify.

To filter the lines and orders, you can also use the options that are specific to the part lines and the work orders. These options are based on the status of the lines and orders. When you select an option, the count of the lines and orders with that status is also displayed.

If you select a part line, only the work orders that are linked to the selected part line are displayed.

Field Information

Item

The code of the item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the serialized item.

Item Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The code of the business partner who owns the item.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Internal Sales Representative

The code of the employee who executes the maintenance activities.

Note: The value in this field is defaulted from the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session based on the login ID of the user.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Sold-to Business Partner

The code of the sold-to business partner.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Operations Department

The code of the service department.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Maintenance Sales Order

The code of the maintenance sales order.

Work Order

The code of the work order.

Part Maintenance Lines
To Release

Click To Release to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines that are ready to be released, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
Receipt Overdue

Click Receipt Overdue to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for which the items maintained by the customer (customer owned items) are not received yet and the current time has exceeded the planned receipt time, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Receive

Click To Receive to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for which the items maintained by the customer (customer owned items) are ready to be received in the receipt location or receipt warehouse, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
Delivery Overdue

Click Delivery Overdue to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for which the maintained items have not been returned back to the customer and the current time has exceeded the planned delivery time, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Deliver

Click To Deliver to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for which the maintained items are ready to be delivered back to the customer from the delivery location or delivery warehouse, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Cost

Click To Cost to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines that are ready to be costed, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

To Plan

Click To Plan to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to be planned, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

To Complete

Click To Complete to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to be completed, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

To Deliver To Work Center

Click To Deliver to Work Center to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to deliver the items maintained by the customer (customer owned items), from the Work Order Warehouse specified in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Maintenance Lines (tsmsc1110m100) session, to the service department, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: 
  • The item to be maintained is received in the Receipt Warehouse of the part maintenance lines.
  • When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Receive in Warehouse

Click To Receive in Warehouse to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to receive the maintained items back in the warehouse, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Receive in Work Center

Click To Receive in Work Center to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to receive the items maintained by the customers (customer owned items), back in the work center, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.
To Close

Click To Close to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to be closed, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

To Release

Click To Release to activate this filter. The work orders that are ready to be released, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Lines for next period
Receive in

Click Receive in to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for the items that are yet to be received and for which the planned receipt time of these items is within the specified period, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Period

The period. The part maintenance lines for this period are displayed.

Period Unit

The unit in which the period is expressed.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Part Maintenance Workbench Appearance field is set to Part Lines in the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session.
Receive Beyond

Click Receive Beyond to activate this filter. The part maintenance lines, for the items that are yet to be received and for which the planned receipt time of these items is after the specified period, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Costs

When you select a part maintenance line or a work order, an ‘In Context BI’ graph is displayed to show the actual costs for that order (if the actual costs are available).
