Distance Zones (tsmdm1120m000)
Use this session to define and maintain distance zones.
Distance zones are used to calculate the call-out charge for a customer, but only when in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session the Traveling Cost Method selected is Based on Distance Zone.
Distance zones can be applied to a service department's location to calculate the call-out charge for its various customers. In the Zone Classes (tsmdm1121m000) session, distance zones are divided into classes based on maximum distance. Every class in the distance zone then has a set call-out charge.
