Billing Schedules (tsmdm0125m000)
Use this session to define the recurring usage periods and billing dates used for periodic utilization and invoicing of rented-out equipment.
Note: This session is only displayed if the Equipment as a Service parameter is selected on the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000)
session.
Field Information
- Billing Schedule
- The code of the billing schedule that is used for the equipment.
- Recurrence
- The frequency in which the billing schedule must
be used.Note: The value in this field must be a single date for each recurrence type.
- Register Actual Usage Per

The period unit for usage registration.
Allowed values
- Week
- The duration of the usage registration is a week or a day.
- Month
- The duration of the usage registration is a month, week, or a day.
- Quarter
- Year
- The duration of the usage registration is a year, month, week, or day.
- Day
- The duration of the usage registration is at least a day.
- Rental Order
- The rental order for which the billing schedule must be used a default.
- Project
- The code of the project for which the billing
schedule is used as a default.Note:
- This field is displayed only if Project (TP) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000)session.
- You can create multiple schedule for a project.
- Sold-to Business Partner
- The code of the sold-to business
partner associated with the billing schedule.Note: You can create multiple schedule for a business partner.
- Name
- The name of the sold-to business partner.
- Text
- Indicates whether text exists for the selected billing schedule.
