Appointments (tsmdm0123m000)
Use this session to maintain appointments with a customer to carry out the order.
Field Information
- Span

Select the duration of time for which the appointment must be fixed. Following are the available values:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
Note:- When you select Day, the Period and Year fields are disabled.
- When you select Week, Quarter, Month and Year; the Earliest Start Time and Latest Finish Time fields are disabled.
- Period

Enter the number of periods. The appointment is fixed based on the option you select in the Span field. Example you can fix the appointment for ten months where ten is the number of periods and month is the span.
- Year

Enter the year for which the appointments must be fixed.
Note: The year you enter cannot be prior to the current year. - Earliest Start Time

The time that the order is planned to start at the earliest.
- Latest Finish Time

The time that the order is planned to finish at the latest.
- Current Start Time

The current start time of the order. This is a display field.
- Current Finish Time

The current finish time of the order. This is a display field.
