Quotes Workbench (tsepp1610m100)

Use this session to view and filter the quotes and the quote requests based on the values you specify and the options you select. When you select an option, the count of the quotes and the quote requests is also displayed.

The following sessions are displayed as satellite sessions:

  • Quotes (tsepp1100m000)
  • Quote Requests (tsepp1100m200)
Note: The Quote Requests (tsepp1100m200) session and the filters related to this session are displayed only if the Use Quote Requests for Maintenance Sales check box is selected in the Service Quote Parameters (tsepp0100m000) session.

Internal Sales Representative

The code of the employee who creates a quote.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Sold-to Business Partner

The business partner to whom the estimate is provided for the service/repair that must be performed on the specified item.

Description

Service Office

The service department that performs the repair work on the specified item.

The description or name of the code.

Customer Order

Maintenance Sales Order

The maintenance sales order that is created from the maintenance sales quotations.

Work Order

The work order that is created from the maintenance sales quotations.

Item

The code of the item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the serialized item.

Item Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The owner of the item.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Free

Click Free to activate this filter. The quote requests, that have the status Free, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Overdue

Click Overdue to activate this filter. The quote requests, that are overdue, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Click Awaiting Customer to activate this filter. The quotes, that are yet to be approved by the customer, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Awaiting Customer

Click To be Printed to activate this filter. The quotes, that are to be printed, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Click Accepted to activate this filter. The quotes, accepted by the customers, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

The time period in which the quotation expires.

Unit

The unit in which the time period is expressed.
