Expire Service Contracts (tsctm3200m000)

Use this session to change the status of service contracts from Active to Expired.

You can renew the service contracts that are set to Expired, see the related topic Service contract changes.

If a customer wants to discontinue one or more contracts, you can mark these contracts for expiry. Contracts that are marked for expiry, cannot be renewed after they have expired.

Field Information

List of Contracts to be Expired

If this check box is selected, LN will print a list of contracts that must be expired taking the specified expiry date range into account.

Mark Contracts for Expiry

If this check box is selected, LN will mark contracts for expiry taking the specified range into account.

Expire Contracts

If this check box is selected, LN will expire contracts taking the specified range into account.
