Link Customer Claim Lines (tscmm1510m000)

Use this session to view the details of the complete invoice line amount to customer claim lines. This session shows only the customer claim lines for which the Claim Invoice Procedure field is set to Invoice Based in Customer Claim (tscmm1600m000) session. If this session is started from Accounts Payable, and linked customer claim lines exist then only the linked customer claim lines are displayed. If no customer claim lines have been linked to the current invoice line, the session shows only those customer claim lines that have the same business partner as the Invoice-from Business Partner of the purchase invoice that has the same Financial Company as the Target Company of the purchase invoice line and the claim Line Status must be set to Approved for Invoice Linking.

Field Information

Invoice-from Business Partner

The code of the invoice-from business partner.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Invoice Line

The code of the financial company in which the invoice exists.

Invoice Line

The transaction type of the financial document related to the invoice.

Invoice Line

The document number of the financial document related to the invoice.

Invoice Line

The line number of the financial document related to the invoice.

Target Company

The Financial Company of the invoice line. The Target Company of the transaction of the invoice line. This is always the same as the Financial Company of the claim. Only customer claim lines can be linked which have Financial Company the same as the Target Company.

Note: To link the customer claim lines to the invoice line, the Financial Company of the claim lines must be the same as the Target Company.
Total Invoice Line Amount in Invoice Currency

The net invoice line amount including the expense tax linked to the customer claim line in invoice currency.

Currency

The currency of the net invoiced line amount.

Linked Amount in Invoice Currency

The amount of the Total Invoice Line Amount in Invoice Currency, linked to the customer claim lines.

Amount Unassigned

The amount of the Total Invoice Line Amount in Invoice Currency, that is not linked to customer claim lines.

Financial Company

The code of the Financial Company of the claim line. This is the Financial Company of the service department of the claim header.

Note: You can only link customer claim lines where the Financial Company is same as the Target Company of the invoice line.
Line Status

The current status of the customer claim lines.

Invoice-from Business Partner

The code of the invoice-from business partner.

Name

The description or name of the code.

Project

The code of the project for which the customer claim is created.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Project Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • This value must be specified if in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session, the Mandatory Project Peg check box is selected for the item specified on the customer claim.
  • You can specify a Project (TP) if the customer claim is project pegged, and the item specified for the customer claim is not project pegged.
  • You can modify this value only if the status of the customer claim status is set to a value other than Approved, Canceled or Closed.
  • This field is applicable only if the item specified in the customer claim contains a project peg.
  • This value is defaulted from the Project field in the Items - Service Business Partner (tsmdm2130m000) session.
  • This field is valid only if:
    • The project is TP Project.
    • The project is not in the Closed status.
    • The user is authorized to access the project.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Element

The code of the element linked to the Project.

  • This field is displayed only if:
    • This field is displayed only if the Project Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
    • The Element check box is selected in the Project Parameters (tppdm0100s000) session.
  • You can modify this value only if the status of the customer claim status is set to a value other than Approved, Canceled or Closed.
  • This field is applicable only if:
    • The related customer claim is project pegged.
    • The Project is specified.
    • The specified Project is not a project (PCS).
  • LN defaults the value in this field from the Costing Breaks - Service Activities (tppdm3116m000), if the Costing Breaks check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. If the Costing Breaks check box is cleared in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • This field is valid only if:
    • The project is TP Project.
    • The project is not in the Closed status.
    • The user is authorized to access the project.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Activity

The code of the activity linked to the Project.

    • This field is displayed only if the Project Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
    • The Activity check box is selected in the Project Parameters (tppdm0100s000) session.
  • You can modify this value only if the status of the customer claim status is set to a value other than Approved, Canceled or Closed.
  • This field is applicable only if:
    • The related customer claim is project pegged.
    • The Project is specified.
    • The specified Project is not a project (PCS).
  • You must specify a project if the related customer claim is project pegged and in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session
    • The Mandatory Project Peg check box is selected for the item specified on the linked customer claim.
    • The Inherit Project Peg check box is selected and the project peg is maintained for the linked customer claim.

    • Not Applicable, when the project peg or the costing breaks is not applicable.
Claim

The unique code for customer claim.

Note: The Claim number is defaulted with the series defined in User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session and are assigned to the user logging the claim. If no user profile is maintained or no series for claims is set in the user profile, the claim series of the service department set in the user profile is defaulted.

Line

The number of the customer claim line.

Approved Amount

The total approved amount calculated from the claim line.

Currency

The currency of the approved claim amount.

Linked Amount in Invoice Currency

The part of the Approved Amount of the customer claim line that is linked to the invoice.

Linked to Current Invoice Line

If this check box is selected, the claim line is linked to the current invoice lines.

Linked to Other Invoice Lines

If this check box is selected, the claim line is linked to the other invoice lines.

Final Invoice

If this check box is selected, the current invoice line is the latest for the current customer claim line. Only one invoice line can be the Final Invoice for a certain customer claim line.
