Archive/Delete Calls (tsclm2295m000)

Use this session to archive or delete the call data.

Note: 
  • This session is displayed as Archive/Delete Calls (tsclm2295m000), if the Archive-to Company is not specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000)session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • Only the calls with the Accepted status are considered for archiving.

Settings
Original Company

The company in which this session is accessed. The call data from this company is archived and/or deleted.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • The application populates this value, and you cannot modify the value.
Archive-to Company

The company to which the data from the Original Company is archived.

  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • The application populates this value, and you cannot modify the value.
Selection Range
Up to Date

The date and time up to which the calls are considered for archiving/deleting.

Note: The application considers the calls for which the Reported Time in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session is prior or equal to this date and time.
Sold-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of the sold-to business partners linked to calls.

From Item

The From and To fields define a range of items linked to the call.

Support Department

The From and To fields define a range of the service departments linked to the call.

Support Engineer

The From and To fields define a range of the support engineers linked to the call.

Call

The From and To fields define a range of calls.

Options
Archive Text

If this check box is selected, all the text fields existing in the original company are archived.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected and the text already exists in the Archive-to Company, the existing text in the Archive-to Company is overwritten by the text that is archived.

  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Only Delete if Archived

If this check box is selected, only the calls that exist in the archive company are deleted.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Simulate

If this check box is selected, the archiving/delete process is only simulated and the results are displayed in the Process and Error reports. The actions are not committed in the database.

Options
Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is printed when the process is completed successfully. The report includes all calls that are within the specified selection range and are archived/deleted.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is printed when the process is not completed successfully. The report includes all calls that are within the specified selection range and are not archived/deleted.

Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, a report is printed with the count of calls that are selected for archiving or deleting, that are archived or deleted and the count of calls that that are skipped.
