Blocked Calls (tsclm1521m000)

Use this session to display the calls that are currently blocked.

Use the commands on the appropriate menu, or the buttons on the toolbar, to:

  • View the blocking reasons for any blocked (or previously blocked) calls, in the Blocking Reasons (tsmdm1101m000) session.
  • View all changes for any blocked, or previously blocked, calls in the Call Transaction Log (tsclm8580m000) session.
Note: The conditions for call blocking are selected in the Call Parameters (tsclm0100m000) session.

Call Number

The code that identifies the call.

Reported Time

reported time

Blocking Time

The time when the call was blocked.

Name

The sold-to business partner for whom the call is being handled.

Invoice-to BP

invoice-to business partner

Coverage Contract

The service contract covering the call.

Contract Type

contract type

Warranty

The warranty agreement covering the call costs.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Terms Expire On

The date that the warranty agreement expires.
