Transfer Maintenance Notifications (tscfg3210m000)
Use this session to transfer maintenance notifications to various objects, such as planned activities, service orders, internal work orders, service order quotations and maintenance sales quotations.
In the Follow-up group box you can select the order/quotation to which the selected notifications are to be transferred and based on the selection, LN defaults the related order/quotation series.

LN prints the report listing the notifications within the selection. When this option is selected all other fields on the form are disabled.

If this check box is selected, LN enables all the check boxes within the Group Notifications group box.
Note: This check box is disabled, if the Preview Selected Notifications check box is selected. - With Existing Service Orders

If this check box is selected, LN checks for open orders/quotations of the sold-to BP of the serialized item for which maintenance notification is generated.
Note:If LN is not able to find any order/quotation that matches the specified details, it generates a new order/quotation.
This check box is enabled, only if Group Notifications check box is selected.
Note: The label of this field changes dynamically based on the option you select in the Follow-up group box. - By Installation Group

If this check box is selected, LN sorts the notifications by installation group of the serialized item and notifications with the same installation group are transferred to the same order/quotation.
Note: If this check box is selected, and the With Existing Service Orders check box is also selected, the search mechanism for open orders/quotations also includes orders/quotations with the same installation group as that of the serialized item.Note: This check box is enabled, only if Group Notifications check box is selected. - By Item
