Rental Equipment Calendar Manual Reservations (tscfg2163m000)
Use session to maintain exceptions created manually for the availability and
non-availability of a rental equipment compared to the regular calendar. You can also loan the
equipment to an internal employee based on this data.
Field Information
- Equipment

The code of the equipment.
- Serial Number
-
The serial number of the equipment.
- Start Date
-
The date and time from when the equipment is unavailable.
- End Date
-
The date and time up to which the equipment is unavailable.
Note: This date must not be earlier or same as the Start Date. - In Use by Employee

The code of the internal employee to whom the equipment is issued (loaned).
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Actual Start Date

The actual date and time when the item is issued to the internal employee.
Note:- You must use the Confirm Rental Issue to access the Issue Rental Equipment Manual Reservation (tscfg2263m000) session wherein you can specify the Actual Start Date and issue the item.
- LN defaults Actual Start Date from the Issue Rental Equipment Manual Reservation (tscfg2263m000) session and you cannot modify this values.
- Actual Return Date

The actual date and time when the item is returned by the internal employee.
Note:- You must use the Confirm Rental Return option to update this date.
- LN defaults the current date and time and you cannot modify this value.
