Planned Rental Equipment Transactions (tscfg2160m000)

Use session to view the planned equipment transactions for determining the rental availability. LN creates, updates, or deletes the transactions in this session if the originating objects, to which the rentable equipment is linked, are created, updated or deleted.

You can use the Rebuild option to access the Rebuild Planned Rental Equipment Transactions (tscfg2260m000) session for updating the data related to the planned rental equipment transactions.

Origin

The type of business object to which the serialized item (equipment) is linked.

Order

The code of the order to which the serialized item (equipment) is linked.

Line

The order line number to which the serialized item (equipment) is linked.

Detail Line

The detail order line number to which the serialized item (equipment) is linked.

Item

The code of the serialized item that is linked to the Order.

Serial Number

The serial number of the Item

Sequence

The sequence number of the Item.

Start Date Object

The date and time from when the Item is not available.

End Date

The date and time from when the Item is available.

Status

The planning status of the Item.

Allowed values

Soft

The rental process of equipment is not complete and the rental agreement is not linked to the service order.

Hard

The rental process of equipment is complete and the rental agreement is linked to the service order.

Cost Type

The cost type of the Item.

Material Type

The material type of the Item.

Rental Agreement

Indicates if a rental agreement is required for the Item.

Ship-from Address

The code of the address from where the Item is shipped.

Ship-to Address

The code of the address where the Item is shipped.

Project

The code of the project to which the Item is pegged.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Use Project Pegging in Field Service check box is selected in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.
Element

The code of the element to which the Item is pegged.

Activity

The code of the activity to which the Item is pegged.

The quantity of the Item.

Quantity Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.
