Skill Requirements by Serialized Item (tscfg2105m000)
use session to define the mandatory and preferred skills required for using a specific
serialized item or rentable equipment.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Skills check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

- Mandatory
- Used for Sign-off

If this check box is selected, the skill is used as Sign-off skill for work order activities.
