Use this session to create and modify skill requirement for the combination of reference activity and site.
Note:
- This session is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- You can access this session from the References menu in the Reference Activities by Site (tsacm1102m000) session.
