- Rental Template
- The code and description of the rental template.
- Search Argument
- The search key used to identify the rental template.
- Service Type
- The code of the service type associated with the rental template.
- Activity Group
- The code of the activity group
to which the rental template is linked.Note: This field is displayed only if the Use Activity Groups check box is selected in the Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) session.
- Labor Rate Code
- The code and description of the labor rate assigned to the rental template.

- Use Fixed Rental Rate

If this check box is selected, LN uses the fixed rental rate defined for the rental rate calculations of rental based resource line. The fixed rental rate is defined based on the rental period unit.
If this check box is cleared, LN uses the rental rate defined in the billing schedule linked to the rental template.
- Calculated Rental Rate
- The rental price that is calculated based on the rental usage.
- Currency
- The code of the currency in which the Rental Rate and the Calculated Rental Rate are expressed.Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Fixed Rental Rate check box is selected.
- Rental Rate
- The rate charged per rental rate unit for
the use of the equipment.Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Fixed Rental Rate check box is selected.

- The code that identifies the checklist assigned to the rental template.

- Billing Schedule
- The code of the billing schedule associated
with the rental template.Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Fixed Rental Rate check box is cleared.
- Automatic Billing
- If this check box is selected, LN uses automatic billing for the rent of the equipment associated with the rental template.

- The code of the measurement type that is
used as a counter to execute the maintenance plan.Note: LN allows you to select the measurement type from the Measurement Types by Measurement Types by Serialized Item Group (tsmdm0171m000) session if the item specified in this session is part of a serialized item group, to which measurement types are linked. Else, you can select the measurement type from the Measurement Types (tsmdm0165m000) session.
- Position
- The ID of the position that is used to identify the place of the item for which measurement is performed.
- During Life Cycle
- If this checkbox is selected, the maintenance will be conducted throughout the life cycle of the item. Else the maintenance will be carried as specified in the following fields.
- Time Frequency
- The frequency at which the maintenance plan will be executed.
- Time(s) Per
- The code of the period unit.
