Rental Template Lists (tsacm1101m500)

Use this session to view and maintain the rental templates.

Field Information

Reference Activity

The code and description of the Reference Activity.

General

Search Argument

The search key that is used to identify the rental template list.

Activity Group

The code of the activity group to which the rental template is linked.

Note: This field is visible only if the Use Activity Groups check box is selected in the Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) session.

Use Fixed Rental Rate

If this check box is selected, the rental price is considered as the default value for the related item to which the rental template is linked.

Calculated Rental Rate

The rental price that is calculated based on the rental usage.

Currency

The code of the currency in which the Rental Rate and the Calculated Rental Rate are expressed.

Rental Rate

The amount charged per Rental Rate for the use of the equipment.

Rental Period Unit

The unit in which the rental rates of the rental template are expressed.

Item

The code of the item for which the rental template list is defined.

To define an activity that is valid for all items, you must leave this field blank.

Tree

Serial Number

The serial number of the serialized item.

Execution

Service Office: The code of the service office to which the rental template list is assigned.
Texts
Template List Text: If this check box is selected, a text exists for the rental template list.
Rental Text: If this check box is selected, the rental text exists for the rental template list.

Rental Template List Creation

Created By: The logon code of the user who defined the rental template list.
On: The date and time on which the rental template list is created.

Effectivity
