To unblock calls, service orders, and sales orders
To unblock calls, service orders, and maintenance sales orders, you can use the Blocking Reasons (tsmdm1101m000) session.
To unblock:
- Select the blocking line In the Blocking Reasons (tsmdm1101m000) session.
- On the appropriate menu, click . LN ERP fills in the Time of Release field automatically.
The call or order is unblocked and you can continue processing the call or order.
