Processing rental equipment requests

You can use the Create Rental Agreement option in the Equipment Rental Requests Lines (tssoc5150m000) session, to create the agreement based on the specified data. When you select this option, the Create Rental Agreement (tscfg2207m000) session is displayed, wherein you can select the Series based on which the rental agreement(s) must be created.

If the rental agreement(s) is successfully created:

• The rental request is updated with the related service order and the activity number.
  Note: If multiple agreements are created, only the first servicer order number is updated on the rental request.
• The Origin of the rental agreement is updated to Project Request for Rental, Call or Manual.
• The Rental Request Text is updated in the Rental Agreement Activity Text field.
