Element Budget Overview (tpptc1110m000)

Use this session to view and maintain budget lines for all the cost types at one place.
Note: 
  • This session is enabled only if the Use Element Budget Overview check box is selected in the Project Budget Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session.
  • The Has Element Budget Overview check box in the Project (tppdm6600m400)session indicates if budget overview data is available for this project

You can use these options from the Actions menu to access the budget overview data:

  • Insert in Details: Displays the required activity budget related cost type sessions for the selected Project and Element. The data is displayed only if the Has Element Budget Overview check box is selected in the Project (tppdm6600m400) session.
  • Refresh Current Project: Refreshes or creates the budget overviews data for the current project, if the budget data is available.
    Note: These options are useful if the Use Element Budget Overview check box in theProject Budget Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session is temporarily cleared or corrupted, or if the budget overview data is not up to date.
