Performance Measurement Activity (tpppc5540m000)

Use this session to display performance measurement data.

Field Information

Project

The code that identifies the project for which performance measurement data is displayed.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Generate Code

The generate codes store the performance measurement data.

Currency

The currency that is displayed is one of the home currencies. In performance measurement the currency array can be four deep. If you use an independent currency system you can rotate between four currencies. In a dependent situation you can also rotate between the home currencies, but the amount times the displayed rate is not displayed in the calculated amount and is calculated using the reference currency.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Activity

The code that identifies the activity.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Cost Period

The year of the cost control period. This is a display field.

Cost Control Period

The sequence number of the period linked to the amounts.

Cum.Incl.Commitments
Planned Value

The cumulative planned value including the hard commitment data.

Earned Value

The cumulative earned value including the hard commitment data.

Actual Cost

The cumulative actual costs including the hard commitment data.

Schedule Variance

The cumulative schedule variance. The formula used:

Schedule Variance = Earned Value - Planned Value
Cost Variance

The cumulative cost variance including the hard commitment data. The formula used:

Cost Variance = Earned Value - Actual Cost
SPI

The cumulative schedule performance index.

Note:

The schedule performance index is determined by measuring the ratio of earned value (EV) to planned value (PV).

SPI = EV / PV

If the result is less than 1.0, the project is behind schedule. If the result is greater than 1.0, the project is ahead of schedule.

CPI

The cumulative cost performance index including the hard commitment data.

Note:

A measure of cost efficiency on a project. The cost performance index is determined by measuring the ratio of earned value (EV) to actual costs (AC):

CPI = EV / AC

If the result is less than 1.0, cost is greater than budgeted. If the result is greater than 1.0, cost is less than budgeted.

Cum.Excl.Commitments
Actual Cost

The cumulative actual costs excluding the commitment data.

Cost Variance

The cumulative cost variance excluding the commitment data .

Period Incl.Commit.
Earned Value

The earned value for the specified period, including the hard commitment data.

Actual Cost

The actual costs for the specified period, including the hard commitment data.

Schedule Variance

The schedule variance for the specified period.

Cost Variance

The cost variance for the specified period, including the hard commitment data.

Period Excl.Commit.
Cost Variance

The cost variance for the specified period, excluding the commitment data.

At Completion
BAC

The budget at completion for the project.

EAC

The estimate at completion for the project, accumulated by period.

Variance at Completion

The VAC (Variance at Completion).
