Generic Subcontracting Model (tipcf3615m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the details of a generic subcontracting model that includes the header and line structure with version control.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Configurations by Site field is set to Active or In Preparation and the Product Configurator (PCF) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Materials

Refers to the Generic Subcontracting Model List of Material (tipcf3116m000) session. On this tab, you can view and maintain the list of materials that are defined for the generic subcontracting model.

Field Information

Production Site
The unique identification code of the site where the generic subcontracting model is defined for.
Product
The subcontracted item for which the model must be defined.
Version
The version of the generic subcontracting model.
Status

The version status of the generic subcontracting model.

Use BOM Units
If this check box is selected, LN uses the BOM units for the materials of the generic subcontracting model.
Text
If this check box is selected, a text related to the generic subcontracting model exists.
Subcontractor
The code of the subcontractor who performs the production.
Name
The name of the subcontractor.
Subcontractor Site
The location where the subcontracted manufacturing is performed.
Subcontractor Cluster
The code of the planning cluster to which the subcontractor is linked.
Subcontractor Warehouse
The code of the external warehouse of the subcontractor to which the materials are delivered.
Ship-from Business Partner
The code of the ship-from business partner who ships the material (intermediate) required for subcontracted production.
Name
The name of the ship-from business partner.
Control
BOM Quantity
The number of manufactured items on which the generic subcontracting model of the product is based. This enables you to specify very small item quantities as bill of material components.
Unit
The code of the unit in which the BOM quantity is expressed.
Constraint ID
The code that uniquely identifies a constraint of the product for the generic subcontracting model.
Created By
The logon code of the user who creates the generic subcontracting model.
Created On
The date and time on which the generic subcontracting model is created.
Actualized By
The logon code of the user who actualized the generic subcontracting model.
Actualized On
The date and time on which the generic subcontracting model is actualized.
Expired By
The logon code of the user who set the generic subcontracting model to expired.
Expired On
The date and time on which the generic subcontracting model is set to expired.
Lead Times
Transport To
The time required to transport the subcontracted item to the subcontractor site, expressed in hours.
Time Unit To

The unit of time in which the transport time is expressed.

Lead Time Type

The type of lead time that is used for the generic subcontracting model.

The time required to supply the materials for the generic subcontracting model.
Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Lead Time Type field is set to Fixed.
  • If Lead Time Type field is set to Fixed, the supply time is independent of the ordered quantity.
Supply Time
The time required to supply the materials for a unit of the generic subcontracting model. The supply time increases with the number of units.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Lead Time Type field is set to ProportionalProportional.
Unit
The unit in which the supply time is expressed.
Actual Calendar
The actual calendar used by the generic subcontracting model.
Origin
The ID of the session where the actual calendar is defined.

Subcontracting Purchase Price
The purchase price of a subcontracted item, expressed in the purchase currency.
Currency
The code of the purchase currency in which the subcontracting purchase price is expressed.
Purchase Unit
The purchase unit in which the subcontracting purchase price is expressed.
