Validate Subcontracting Settings of Generic Job Shop Routing (tipcf3221m000)

Use this session to validate the subcontracting settings of the generic job shop routing data.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Configurations by Site field is set to Activeor In Preparation and the Product Configurator (PCF) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

You can use the Validate button to validate the subcontracting settings of the specified range of generic job shop routings data.

LN prints the errors when:
  • Subassembly is not specified
  • Subassembly warehouse is not specified
  • Item costing data is not defined for subassembly
  • Supply system for subassembly is other than Single
  • Inventory unit of subassembly is not equal to the inventory unit of the product
  • Use for costing subcontractor is not found for site and reference operation which is not valid
  • Subcontracting rate for subcontractor and reference operation is not defined
  • Loop is detected in the multilevel BOM of the product
LN prints the warnings when:
  • Subassembly on last operation is not used
  • Subassembly is already used on another job shop routing

Field Information

Selection Range
Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of generic job shop routing data for which the subcontracting settings must be validated.
Options
Validation Date
The date and time on which the selected generic job shop routing operations must be valid.
Print Valid Routings
If this check box is selected, LN also prints the generic job shop routings that are valid.
Print Warnings
If this check box is selected, LN also prints the warnings that are generated during the validation process.
