Generic Job Shop Routing Operations (tipcf3122m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the details of generic job shop routing operations.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Configurations by Site field is set to Activeor In Preparation and the Product Configurator (PCF) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

You can create, update, or delete the generic job shop routing operations only if the Status of the generic job shop routing is New or Actual.

Queue Time
The queue time of the generic job shop routing operation, expressed in the specified time unit.

Indicates the method in which the production is reported.

Reporting is done by the completion of another operation.

Reporting is done by machine operation instead of by operation.

Reporting is done by the integrated Machine Execution System.

Reporting is done by machine in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session.

Report Machine Hours

Indicates the method in which the machine hours are used for production.

This is an automatic calculation based on reported quantities.

Reporting is done by an employee using the Machine Work List (tisfc4600m000) session.

Reporting is done via machine operations instead of per operation.

Subassembly Warehouse
The code of the warehouse from which the subassembly is sent or in which the subassembly is received.
Kanban
Container
The code of the container in which the semi-finished item is carried to the next operation. You can specify a value in this field only if the Kanban is selected in the Supply System field of the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2110s000) session for the warehouse in which the operated item is stored.
Container Method
Indicates the shipment method in which the items in the container are handled. For instance, stack must be less than 10 tiers high.
Container Quantity
The quantity of items stacked in the container.
Number of Kanbans
The number of kanbans that are used in the pull system.
Description on Kanban
The description of the inter-operation kanbans that serves as an identification for the kanban.
Miscellaneous
Setup Scrap
The items that are unusable or rejected items of intermediate products, for example, because of faulty components, or products lost in cutting and sawing operations.

The gross requirements and/or an input quantity of the operation must be increased to account for anticipated scrap.

For an operation, you can define planned scrap as a fixed quantity (setup scrap), or as a relative loss using discrete yield.

Yield Type

The yield type of operation.

Allowed values

Continuous

The percentage of the product that is lost disappears completely. For example, product loss due to evaporation.

Discrete

The percentage of the product that is lost appears as rejected components.
