Use this session to calculate the standard cost for a selected product variant.

Cost Calculation Code

The cost calculation code to which the calculated costs are assigned.

The calculation code defined in the Standard Cost Calculation Code field from the Standard Cost Calculation Parameters (ticpr0100m000) session is used as the default.

Effective Date

The date the cost calculation is performed for the specified product variant.

Selection Range
Roll-off Line

Select the range of assembly lines for which the product variant standard cost is calculated.

Product Variant

Select the range of product variants for which the standard cost is calculated.

From/To Item

The product range for which te standard cost calculation is performed.

Options
Cost Actualization for Product Variant

This check box manages the cost of the product variant in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000).

If this check box is selected, the Current Standard Cost field in the Product Variant (Assembly) (tiapl3100s000) session is updated with the total current value of the roll-off line taken from the Calculated Product Variant Costs (tiapl3540m000) session.

If this check box is cleared, only the new effective date and new cost component details are updated in the Calculated Product Variant Costs (tiapl3540m000) session taken from the Calculated Product Variant Costs (tiapl3540m000) session.

Note: The Current Standard Cost and Current Standard Cost Effective Date fields in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session are only updated if the check box is selected.
Update Not Started Frozen Orders

If this check box is selected, all assembly orders on which production has not yet started are updated.

On assembly orders with WIP estimates already available and the status Sequenced, the WIP estimates are updated with the new product variant standard cost.

Assembly Order

The range of assembly orders for which cost is actualized and not started frozen orders are updated.

Planned Start Date

The range of planned assembly order start dates for which cost is actualized and not started frozen orders are updated.
