Recalculate Sales Prices and Discounts (tdsls4201m500)

Use this session to recalculate prices or discounts for a range of sales orders or sales quotations. You can select either sales orders or sales quotations for repricing, not both.

The range of items you want to recalculate prices and/or discounts for, can be restricted or increased by selecting a range of:

  • Sold-to business partners
  • Price lists
  • Price groups
  • Item groups
  • Sales offices

When you recalculate prices and discounts, cumulative discounts and total discounts are not applied.

Note: 
  • You can run this session in simulation mode.
  • A report can be produced to display all changed orders.
  • To recalculate prices and discounts for a specific order/quotation, or order/quotation line, use the Price and Discount Recalculation Parameters (tdpcg0240s000) session.

Field Information

Reprice, Rediscount or Both

Select how you want to recalculate the sales orders or sales quotations.

Process Sales Orders

If this check box is selected, you can select a range of sales orders to recalculate.

Process Sales Quotations

If this check box is selected, you can select a range of sales quotations to recalculate.

Simulation Only

If this check box is selected, reprice and rediscount of sales orders or sales quotations is simulated.

Print Changes

If this check box is selected, a report of all changed orders and quotations is printed.

Recalculate Manually Entered Prices/Discounts

If this check box is selected, prices and/or discounts that are entered manually are recalculated.

Recalculate Return Orders

If this check box is selected, in the recalculation of prices and discounts, LN also takes into account return orders.

Redetermine Material Prices

If this check box is selected, material prices are also redetermined in the recalculation process.

Overwrite Manual Material Prices

If this check box is selected, manually updated material prices are overwritten in the recalculation process. As a result, the manual changes are lost.
