Sales Schedule Actual Delivery Line History (tdsls3557m000)
Use this session to view sales schedule actual delivery/invoice line history.
Both processed and unprocessed records can be shown.
Processed records
Before LN can log history in this session, you must select the Log Schedule History check box in the Sales Schedule Parameters (tdsls0100s500) session. If this check box is selected, and deliveries are processed in the Process Delivered Sales Schedules (tdsls3223m000) session, turnover history records are logged with the Processed status.
Note: Processed records are always logged as turnover
history.
Unprocessed records
If the Log Actual Schedule Delivery History check box is selected in the Sales Schedule Parameters (tdsls0100s500) session, in addition to the turnover history, LN also inserts history records in this session when:
- Actual delivery lines are inserted or updated in the Sales Schedule Actual Delivery Lines (tdsls3540m000) session.
- Consumptions are processed.
Note:
- This session is not only used for future analysis, but also for reconciliation, retrobilling, and statistics. These processes require both processed and unprocessed sales schedule actual delivery line history from the current session and sales schedule line history from the Sales Schedule Line History (tdsls3561m000) session.
- If you delete sales schedule line history in the Archive/Delete Sales Order/Schedule History (tdsls5201m000) session, LN also deletes the linked actual delivery line history.
