Print Sales Contract History (tdsls3430m000)

Use this session to print a range of selected sales-contract history reports. This session helps you to find out who changed (added, modified, or deleted) the sales contract data, and on what date and time.

The default report group reports contract history header information. The print details option enables you to select a second report group with more extensive reports on contract history. In both cases only header information is printed.

You can select a range of contracts or select specific contracts to be printed. To print specific contracts, click Specific Contract(s). The Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session is started, in which you can select up to ten contracts to be printed.

If you want to print another selection of contracts, click Reset Selection. LN removes the selection you made in the Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session. To make a new selection, click Specific Contract(s).

If the Log Contract Header Transactions field is selected in the Sales Contract Parameters (tdsls0100s300) session, LN logs contract header history.

Field Information

Contract Type

You can select the contracts to be printed by contract type.

Detailed Report

If this check box is selected, all contract header history data is printed.

If this check box is cleared, only the following data is printed:

  • Sold-to business partner number and name.
  • Contract number and description.
  • Contract type.
  • Effective date.
  • Expiry date.
  • Contract status.
  • Transaction date.
  • Transaction time.
  • Transaction type.
  • Logon code.

Note: This can require a considerable amount of paper.
