Process Delivered Sales Schedules (tdsls3223m000)

Use this session to process delivered sales schedules lines.

When a sales schedule line is processed, LN:

Inserts turnover history.
Updates invoiced quantitities/amounts for sales contracts.
Updates the status of the sales schedule (line).

Note:

If you enter a Shipment Reference in this session, the following are applicable:

Delivered sales schedule lines are processed based on pick-up sheet.
Delivered sales schedule lines with the Shipment Type field set to Consumption in the Sales Schedule Invoice Lines (tdsls3140m200) session are not processed.

Field Information

Process up to Invoice Date

The date until which you want LN to process the sales schedule data. LN processes all sales schedule lines of which the invoice date is earlier than the date as entered in this field.

You can use this field to only process sales schedule lines that are invoiced before a specific date. For more recent lines, you can decide not to process them because you want to have the time to perform shipment corrections, if necessary, in the Sales Schedule Invoice Lines (tdsls3140m200) session.

Note: You can print invoiced sales schedule line history in the Print Sales Order/Schedule Line History by Sold-to BP and Item (tdsls5401m000) session.

Print Errors

If this check box is selected, if errors occur during the processing process, LN prints an error report.
