Sales Quotations Overview (tdsls1503m000)

Use this session to display summary quotation data with one of the following sort options:

Quotation number.
Sales representative.
Sold-to business partner.
Expiry date.
Sales office.

On the appropriate menu, you can choose Sales Quotation Lines Overview, to start the Sales Quotation Lines Overview (tdsls1504m000), in which LN displays an overview of the quotation lines.

Click Print on the toolbar to use the Print Sales Quotations (tdsls1401m000) session to print quotation information.

Note: If you started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record.

Field Information

Quotation: The document number that identifies the sales quotation.
Sold-to Business Partner: sold-to business partner
Expiry Date: The last day on which the quotation is valid.
Internal Sales Representative: Your (inside) sales representative who is responsible for submitting a quotation for goods to the business partner. If you convert the quotation to a sales order, you can sort sales-statistics data by sales representative.
Sales Office: The sales office where the quotation was entered and which has the overall responsibility for the quotation.
